AAF International is a world leader in the manufacturing of air filtration equipment, supplying global firms such as Siemens, General Electric and Rolls Royce. Employing almost 3,000 staff across 24 countries, the company has made a number of significant investments recently, including a new £1million research and development centre in Northumberland, UK.
Developed over the last six months, the new sales management system will reduce the average time taken by AAF’s sales engineers to generate customer quotations from weeks to hours.
Sales Director at AAF’s UK Power & Industrial Division, Dave Carroll, said:
“We needed a new quotation tool so called in AYO Media to tailor-make a quote generation system for us that allowed our sales engineers to create often complex customer quotations in simple, efficient and professional manner, all in one place.”

“Not only has the new automated system become a reality and helped us achieve this operational objective but it has also given us a management tool that allows supervisors to oversee our sales pipeline, engineer activities and potential revenue at the click of a button.”
Regarding the partnership with AYO Media, Carroll commented:
