Tissue manufacturer Kruger Tissue has changed hands. The company, which employs around 180 people and makes paper towels, toilet paper and other hygiene products for workplace bathrooms, has been bought by Middlesex-based Northwood Paper Sales Ltd.
Kruger Tissue, which has a mill in Disley near Stockport, a sales office at Trafford Park and a site in Gwynedd, North Wales, is to be renamed as Connect Hygiene Products.
Northwood Paper Sales is owned by Managing Director Paul Fecher, who says his company aims to "be the one stop shop for Converters and Distributors of Paper and allied products".
