Crown Holding CFO to step down

The company said yesterday, December 11, that Timothy J. Donahue, 46, will replace Rutherford.
 
 
 
The company said yesterday, December 11, that Timothy J. Donahue, 46, will replace Rutherford.

Rutherford, 65, will remain executive vice president and expects to retire at the end of March, Crown Holdings said. He will remain on the board of directors after his retirement.

Donahue is currently senior vice president of finance, a position he had held since 2000.
