The study has come about due to the current challenges facing medical device manufacturers having to promote growth without jeopardising quality and financial performance in the face of complex and changing regulatory requirements.
An early preview of the findings will be presented at the Medical Device and Manufacturing East show from 21-24 May, Philadelphia, US. Lead researcher Julie Fraser will be attending to share data from the study and highlight best practices and approaches for success. There will also be an opportunity to question Fraser and discuss issues with other event attendees.
Any individual that either works for or supplies materials to applicable manufacturers is asked to participate in the study, with all responses being strictly confidential. Those who do take part will be allowed access to the finished research report to not only compare peer performances, but identify possible opportunities for improvement.
