The tech community are still waiting patiently for an official announcement from Apple over the upcoming iPhone 5. In the meantime, Aatma Studio has revealed a stunning iPhone design concept video (below) which predicts some possible features for future generation devices.
The San Francisco-based 3D animation studio's concept is an ultra-thin device and therefore supposedly super-lightweight. The design is pretty similar to the current iPhone, however you probably wouldn’t notice it was there if it was nestled in your pocket.

The two features which really capture the imagination are a laser keyboard and holographic display. With the iPhone positioned on a desk, a simple swipe reveals a virtual Apple keyboard. It can be scaled up or down using a pinch-to-zoom gesture, rotated either left or right, or even made brighter or darker.
If the iPhone’s screen isn’t big enough while watching a movie or video recording, another gesture brings up an expansive holographic display. This feature is a bit less plausible than the virtual keyboard, however you wouldn’t put it past Apple to develop something similar.
Aatma CEO Pramod Modi Shantharam said: “We at Aatma are massive fans of the iPhone and are eagerly awaiting the release of iPhone 5. Meanwhile, going by the buzz the iPhone 5 is generating, we felt it’s a good time to launch a concept such as this, and showcase our vision of key features of an iPhone 5 or subsequent models could have in the future.”
