“Adding stiffness to a structure is becoming a more frequent requirement for our customers. With this new line of 3-Ply Panels, we are offering customers an innovative product which meets the stiffness to weight ratio demands that they’re looking for.”
Constantly searching for innovative solutions that combine high-performance at an affordable price, the company seeks to find the latest material, fabrication techniques and systems for combining composites with other materials. ACP specialises in sandwich panels made from Nomex Honeycomb, End-Grain Balsa and foam cores, all of which are available up to 5’ x 10’ and in a variety of thicknesses, edge closeouts and insert options.
The company offers a fully customised panel service, including a choice of fibre selection, core material, surface finish and material layup. All panels are manufactured in-house from materials such as carbon fibre, fibreglass and aramid, with no minimum purchase for customer convenience.
